Currently we are only shipping to the UK, so do keep following us as we expand across the world.

Return Policy

As part of our commitment to you, our straightforward returns policy ensures that if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase we will put it right.

Any unopened product can be returned and fully refunded within 30 days of your order.

Any opened or used products that you are not completely satisfied with can be returned for an exchange within 30 days of your order.

To return products, please email info@sacracosmetics.co.uk and state your order number and postcode. We will cover the cost of your return postage together with your product once we receive the order back at our warehouse. Your refund will be added to the card you placed your order with.

Please note that if 30 days or more have passed since your order we are unable to issue a refund.
